Fresh Pico de gallo

The Ingredients:

  • 5-6 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 cup of Cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt to taste

Dice tomatoes and onion, mince jalapeno, and chop up cilantro… throw it in a cute bowl! Add lime juice and salt to taste. It is that easy!!!

  1. This looks SOooooooo yummy and I love how simple it is!

    I wish I had some now even though I’m sick with a bad cold/cough. It’s the very 1st cold I’ve gotten since I became a vegan 13 months ago and that has been a record for me. I usually get sick way more often.

    I think veganism strengthens the immune system! I have 2 middle school-aged girls who bring home tons of germs and they’ve been sick & I’ve been stressed out so I finally crashed & was susceptible to the bug despite my Vegan Powers!.

    I wish they could make me this salsa! 😉 Thanks for sharing.
